cabins (Lodges)
standing in a secluded position on the farm
overlooking a lake which is well stocked with
Carp (Mirror and Common) Tench and Roach, providing
excellent course fishing.
There are two other lakes that can be fished.
Four Self Catering Lodges
We have four
comfortable self catering lodges which are fully
equipped to a high standard. They are well insulated, warm in winter
and cool in summer. Each lodge enjoys its own unobstructed view of the
lake with 2 fishing pads provided for the exclusive use of each lodge.
All lodges have electric heating and the standard lodges also have a wood
burning stove.

A High Level of Equipment
All
four lodges are fully equipped with every modern convenience,
with fitted carpets throughout.
Lounge and Dinning area
The three main lodges have an open plan lounge with views over the
lake,
having confortable seating with a large Colour TV +
DVD.
A dinning area is set to the side.
Kitchen
Each lodge has a fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob.
Also a Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, china and cutlery, Etc.
Bedrooms
The lodges provide bed rooms that are comfortably furnished.
One room having a double bed and the other, single bed plus a set of
bunks (sleeps 5)
All beds have sprung mattresses with colorful
duvets.
Ample storage is provided for clothes.
Electric heating is also provided for the bedrooms.
Wet Rooms
Each shower room has a wash hand basin, toilet and shower.
All linen is provided except for personal towels.
The Norwegian lodge
(The Norwegian lodge has one double B/R and one with twin beds. and now has a
new Wet room)
Parking.
Ample on site
parking is provided immediately adjacent to
the accommodation.
An Ideal place for a Holiday.
Warren Park is an ideal place for a family holiday.
Dogs are accepted by arrangement. One dog per lodge. (Small charge applies)
Letting is by the week. Friday to Friday and Mini breaks are
available subject to availability.
