standing in a secluded position on the farm
overlooking a lake which is well stocked with
Carp (Mirror and Common) Tench and Roach, providing excellent course fishing.
There are two other lakes that can be fished.

We have four luxury self catering holiday lodges (log cabins)
There are three regular lodges providing luxury accommodation for
up to 5 people plus a deluxe Norwegian log cabin (Lodge)
offering superior accommodation for up to six people.
All the lodges are are fully equipped to a very high standard including
electric heating and wood burning stoves. (logs provided at cost)
They are well insulated, warm in winter and cool in summer.
Each lodge is tastefully decorated.
and enjoys its own unobstructed view over the lake.

A High Level of Equipment
All four lodges are fully equipped with every modern convenience,
with fitted carpets throughout.
Lounge and Dinning area
The three main lodges have an open plan lounge with views over the lake,
having confortable seating with a large Colour TV.
A dinning area is set to the side.
Kitchen
Each lodge has a fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob.
Also a Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, china and cutlery, Etc.
Bedrooms
The lodges provide bed rooms that are comfortable furnished.
One room having a double bed and the other, twin beds plus a bunk (sleeps 5)
All beds have sprung mattresses with colorful duvets.
Ample storage is provided for clothes.
Electric heating is also provided for the bedrooms.
Shower Room
The shower room is fully tiled.
Each shower room has a wash hand basin, toilet and shower.
All linen is provided except for personal towels.
The Deluxe Norwegian lodge
(The Norwegian lodge also has a bath)
(The Norwegian lodge sleeps 6)
Parking.
Ample on site parking is provided immediately adjacent to
the accommodation.

An Ideal place for a Holiday.
Warren Park is an ideal place for a family holiday.
Dogs are accepted by arrangement. One dog per lodge. (Small charge applies)
Letting is by the week. Friday to Friday and Mini breaks are
available subject to availability.
