Home
1. All lets start at 2.00 p.m. and end at 10.00a.m. unless otherwise stated in writing
2. No extra quests other than those on the Booking Form unless agreed in writing prior to arrival. Consent would not be unreasonable withheld.
3. No responsibility accepted for loss or damage of any articles or valuables
4. No responsibility accepted for any injury however sustained.
5. The property is cleaned between lets and there is a limited time available. You are asked therefore to leave your lodges as you found it.
6. Pets are welcome but we do ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed to foul the grass around the lodges. We make a charge of £15.00 per pet per week.
7. Bed Linen is supplied but we ask quests to bring personal towels. Towels can be hired if required.
8. Electricity is not included in the rent quoted. A slot meter accepting £1.00 coins is provided.
9. Guests are liable for any breakages or damage.
10. A parking space is provided adjoining your lodge. Cars are parked at owners risk.
11. You are welcome to fish in the two lakes on the property but children under 14 years of age must at all times to accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not allow keep nets and insist on barbless hooks. A maximum of two rods per person.
12. A deposit of 25% is required to secure a reservation. The deposit is non-returnable. The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Admittance will not be allowed without full payment.

of the Loges at Warren Park have a visitors book

Lodge superbly furnished
and very comfortable as usual.
Just what we have come to expect from Viv and John.
Fishing excellent, plenty of good size Carp. Ranging from about 2Lb to
9Lb.
Most carp caught on a float using luncheon meat and maggots.
Ledgering also good. Will be back next year.

We have had lots of fishing holidays in various places
and this beats the lot.
Peace and quiet, lots to visit and see in the area.
Fishing excellent. Lost count of what we have caught.

Especially floating crust on the Middle lake.

With pegs that are just outside the door
there is no need to tackle up every day, what could be better than this!
